Can I map all my listings from a CSV?
Yes. Export your listings to a CSV with an address column and import it. Each listing is geocoded and you can color code by status, price or any other field.
Can buyers open the map on their phone without an account?
Yes. Click Share, copy the link and send it. Buyers open it in any browser. No install and no account.
Can I draw a farm area and pull the ZIP codes for a mailer?
Yes. Draw the area and select the ZIPs that fall inside it. Export the ZIP list and send it to your print vendor.
Is there a free plan for realtors?
Yes. Scribble Maps is free for individual users. See the pricing page if you need larger imports, private maps and brand kit features.
Can I sell access to a private buyer map?
Yes. Paid Maps lets you charge for access. Stripe sends the money to your bank, and your buyer opens the map in any browser.
Can I show traffic counts for a commercial listing?
Yes. On Pro Business, turn on Traffic Intelligence and click the road in front of the listing to see its AADT and peak hour. Use it to show buyers and tenants how many drivers pass the property each day.
