US 17 South - Upgrade to Interstate

Upgrade US 17 from George Washington Highway to the state line to interstate standards. Provides interchanges at George Washington Highway, Cornland Rd, and Ballahack Rd. Overpasses will be located at Douglas Rd and Glenco St.
