The German World *Not Finished (Die deutsche Welt)

In an alternate WW1 scenario, the countries of Europe sign a non-aggression pack that includes that they will not war with each other anymore. The Russian Empire eventually signs a treaty with the German Empire and the Austro-Hungarian Empire and re-write the correct borders. America got involved and declared war on the Central Powers because they do not want German showing dominance over them, then do to Central victory over America, it is split up into colonies and independent countries. America now is a independent country protected and managed by Great Britain.
