America Collapsed, the PDR was formed in it's ashes when the states of Washington, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico, and Colorado signed the Charters of Sacramento but this did not go well with the Extreme Right wing militias. They now terrorize the nation and hope to leave the PDR.
