Samuel de Champlain was an explorer who originally set journey to Asia 1603-1616 and making maps for Henry the 4th. it went good for him as it impacted in a good way by making maps for Canada, exploring Canada, and trading fur as it also earned him money by making maps for the king. I would've took this route because it would've allowed me to access more trades for fur so i can stay warm during the cold and it would've gave me more gold just to make maps for the king(Henry the 4th).
