John Cabot left sail from Bristol, England in early May, 1947. On June 24th, 1947, John Cabot made landfall on eastern North America. They explored places like St. John's, the Avalon Peninsula, St. Anthony, and Cape Breton. Later in July, he sailed back and made it back to England on August 6, 1497.
