Interstates 2100 Edition 3

This will be the final edition. Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will not be done due to a small size, but another expressway, freeway, or similar system has been done. Puerto Rico, on the other hand, does have interstates still. All highways, not just turnpikes, may become named once completed with some exceptions. (For some reason, the main interstates are not labeling correctly, like I-72 is labeling as I-7, so I am listing their endpoints at their first sign. This will not be done for the auxiliary interstates.) Only one line will be the made except for wide median areas (over 1/2 mile).
