How WW1 Should've Ended : Middle East Edition

WW1, the cause of WW2 and why people still today can't get along as they still haven't gotten it right. Naturally you will always have to upset some people to please some, but in this case they haven't found the right balance just yet, that's why i'm proposing this plan. NOTE : There are no colonies here, no mandates..etc. Egypt isn't a part of the Middle East, but imagine it being independent from the British at this time. Georgia and Armenia also aren't fully Middle Eastern countries, but their territory extends into that region, same with Iran.
