Assyrian and Persian Empires

How much bigger was the Persian Empire than the Assyrian Empire? I think the Persian Empire is 300% bigger than the Assyrian Empire, because on page 126 in the Persian History Book. It looks 3 times bigger than the Assyrian Empire.
