Frankish-Spanish alliance is 1# in the world. Can they keep it that way? After a huge defeat for the British and Italians losing a lot of colonies and dominions. Some homeland taken by the French. To their eastern neighbors the Ottoman Empire as well as the German Empire are collapsing. Meanwhile their neighbor Austria has amassed a massive Empire eating up Serbia, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. Now realizing that they have no friends to save them from the terrifying French and Spanish forces. So they make a team of desperate Empires namingly The Ottomans and Germans. Their plan is to take back their former lands for the price of 5% of all the resources they produce. This forever makes them the clear leader over the faction.
