Alternate History (Great Enlightenment)

What if the Great Enlightenment (a period of revolutionary thinking amongst Western Nations in the 18th century) became more popular than originally thought? What if the entire world thought of new government types in the 1750's? What if the entire world split off into sections based off of ethnic groups? Well, this map might just eliminate a few of those questions.
