Suggested mainline linkages

suggested railway to be built around london to ease capital rail congestion and provide a more efficient rail service by providing direct rail linkage between all the major mainlines to the north and west, ie allows possibility of travel from watford to cambridge or hatfield to reading without necessitating use of london. line runs between Broxbourne (london - east anglia line), through bayford/hertford (ECML Thameslink) and Hatfield (ECML) to St Albans (Midland Railway), Watford (WCML/Southern), Amersham (Metropolitan/Chiltern Line), High Wycombe (Chiltern Line), Bourne End and Maidenhead (GWML, Crossrail, possible Heathrow link), with halts at those stations above listed.
